What is the order processing timeline?

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment.
Processing time varies depending on the specific product, with the average processing time being approximately 1 - 3 business days. Exceptions to this rule can always occur but we would notify you. 



As the holidays approach, we expect increased order loads and therefore longer processing and shipping times.
If you plan to order from us for the holidays, please place your order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held responsible for late orders!


How long does delivery take?

Your order should arrive within 1-4 weeks depending on where in the world you are, but in special cases can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. 
We ship orders on Mondays - Saturdays during office hours only. We do not operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – especially for best selling items! Your patience is appreciated.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. If you do plan to place an order for the holidays, please order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held liable for late delivery times. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

    There is a 1-3 day processing period prior to shipping. Your order should be delivered within 1-4 weeks following order confirmation. 

    Why my order is arriving in different packages! 

    We work with different global suppliers in order to keep the cost as low as possible and the quality high! So it may happen that your order comes in different packages and slightly different times!

    Please do not panic if you ordered multiple items and only one item arrives at your house. They are all on the way to you! 


    How can I track my order?

    While we do offer worldwide shipping, we only provide tracking for these countries: USA, AU, CA and some other countries. After 5-7 days of shipment dispatch an email confirmation, you may request a tracking number if needed for the selected countries. 
    It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.


    How do I exchange, refund or return my order?

    ! For free giveaways and heavily discounted promotions we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges!


    Basic guidelines for exchanges and returns are listed below. Please refer to our Refund & Return Guidelines for more information.

    • Any items(s) purchased online that you don't love may be exchanged or returned.
    • Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving will be refunded to the original form of payment.  
    • Merchandise returned after 7 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.  
    • A purchase that was made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit.
    • Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
    • Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

      Can your apparel be worn for working out?

    Absolutely! Our apparel is designed to be stretchy and flexible enough for all activities, including workouts.
    It is also made from breathable material so you can concentrate fully on working on your body!


    Helpful Tips:

    • Inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged, missing, or incorrect item in your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and correct any problems.
    • Please try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly. We are happy to accept returns on all items in new and unworn condition.
    • If you purchased a set, all items included in the set must be returned in the original unworn condition and original packaging.
